Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Engineer to support the delivery and implementation of Industrial Cybersecurity Services across manufacturing and industrial environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OT/ICS security, network segmentation, firewall implementation, industrial DMZ architectures, vulnerability management, and customer-facing consulting engagements.
Responsibilities
- Execute industrial/OT security assessments, including asset inventory validation, risk analysis, and remediation planning.
- Design and implement network security controls, segmentation strategies, Industrial DMZ architectures, firewall policies, and OT/IT integration security.
- Support secure remote operations, remote access solutions, monitoring procedures, and incident response planning.
- Deliver endpoint protection, vulnerability management, patch management, and backup/restore services.
- Coordinate vulnerability assessments, remediation activities, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Develop customer-ready documentation, including assessment reports, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, SOPs, and operational handover materials.
- Collaborate with customers, sales teams, engineering teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of cybersecurity experience with at least 3 years supporting OT/ICS or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of ICS/SCADA architectures and OT security controls.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, NAT, routing, network segmentation, and Industrial DMZ design.
- Experience with endpoint protection deployment and vulnerability management programs.
- Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443 and NIST.
- Strong consulting, documentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 40%.
Preferred Qualifications
- CISSP, GICSP, Security , or vendor-specific firewall certifications.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, utilities, energy, or other industrial environments.
- Experience with remote operations platforms and industrial network monitoring solutions
