ryWe are seeking an onsite Tier 2 Deskside Support Technician to provide hands-on IT support in a manufacturing/operations environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for computer deployments, Windows upgrades, imaging, asset management, hardware support, and troubleshooting desktop-related issues. This role requires strong technical skills, physical mobility, and the ability to work independently while following established IT processe

- esDeploy and replace desktop and laptop computer
- s.Upgrade systems from Windows 10 to Windows 1
- 1.Image and configure computers for end user
- s.Remove and properly dispose of retired IT asset
- s.Provide Tier 2 deskside support for hardware and software issue
- s.Support printers, including lifting, moving, and troubleshootin
- g.Update and maintain asset records in ServiceNo
- w.Follow Knowledge Base (KB) articles and documented procedures for issue resolutio
- n.Create, maintain, and distribute basic technical documentation and record
- s.Escalate issues that fall outside established procedure
- s.Maintain equipment, supplies, and operational data supporting IT processe
