Role Summar

yWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lean Transformation Lead to support the Cell Therapy Supply Chain organization. This role will drive operational excellence and lean transformation initiatives across logistics operations, enabling scalable, efficient, and compliant execution of cell therapy supply chain activities

.The role will focus on improving end-to-end logistics performance, digital visibility, process standardization, and continuous improvement maturity within a GMP-regulated environment
