What are the responsibilities and job description for the Investor Relations Manager position at CTW Cayman?
Company Overview
CTW Cayman (“CTW”) is a Nasdaq-listed global gaming platform company focused on delivering anime IP-based HTML5 games through its flagship platform, G123. Headquartered in Japan, CTW serves a growing international audience and partners with leading Japanese IP holders to bring high-quality browser-based gaming experiences to users worldwide.
Following our recent U.S. listing, CTW is in a critical growth and institutionalization phase. As part of this evolution, we are building in-house Investor Relations capabilities to support high-quality, compliant, and consistent engagement with shareholders, analysts, and the broader investment community.
Role Summary
The Investor Relations Manager will be a hands-on, execution-focused contributor to CTW’s Investor Relations function. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is responsible for the day-to-day preparation and execution of IR communications, materials, and investor interactions.
This is not a strategy-only or coordinator role. The successful candidate will personally own drafting, analysis, and execution while working closely with senior management and external IR/PR advisors during a transition period toward greater in-house ownership.
CTW plans to hire two Investor Relations Managers at the same level to support growing IR needs and to foster a performance-driven environment. High performers will have opportunities for expanded responsibilities and career progression as the function matures.
