Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new business opportunities within the Technical, Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing, and Skilled Trades sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct sales presentations and workforce solution discussions with decision-makers
- Identify staffing needs and provide customized hiring solutions
- Work closely with recruiting teams to deliver qualified candidates and excellent service
- Meet and exceed sales activity and revenue goals
Qualifications
- Business-to-business sales experience
- Staffing industry experience strongly preferred but not required
- Experience selling into Technical, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Skilled Trades
- Strong consultative and relationship-based sales skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Positive attitude, professional presence, and strong work ethic
