- Consult with customers to understand their challenges and objectives to fully understand service needs
- Acts as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring client’s requirements are met and partnership will continue.
- Ability to positively control conversations and get the client’s commitment to CTI
- Proactively offer ideas and insights to improve customer experience
- And other duties as assigned
- You are willing to fearlessly embrace company culture.
- You can work independently with minimal guidance (but aren’t afraid to ask the right questions when you need help!).
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and can be the face of our company to our clients.
- Minimum high school degree required
- Minimum 1-2 years corporate or administrative experience required
- Customer service experience required
