We are looking for an enthusiastic SERVICE BDC Rep to join our Service team. You will have one of the most critical roles at our dealership. You're the first voice to our service customers when they consider our dealership when calling, emailing, or chatting online. Your ability to quickly answer questions, help set up appointments, explain the detail of service work and use our state-of-the-art technology will keep our dealership in a competitive position in the market.
You will be working with our service team, using technology, to answer phone calls, reply to emails, send text messages and create videos when needed. We look forward to your great energy, effort, and enthusiasm that make a remarkable difference in our business.

Job Responsibilities
- Interacting with customers via inbound and outbound phone calls, email, video and online chat to answer questions and scheduling appointments for our service department
- Reaching out to missed appointments and pre-appointment reminders
- Answering daily inbound calls and listening to voice mail and following up with customers
- Assisting in the service lane to greet customers when necessary
- Advocating the benefits of regular service works and promoting dealership before customer comes to the dealership
- creating great customer experience by using video technology to provide service detail when needed
- Logging all Customer comments.
- Scheduling follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
- Contacting Customers using scripts to schedule appointments for Service.
- Confirming scheduled appointments.
- Posting scheduled appointments on appointment board
- Contacting and Rescheduling no-show Customer appointments.
- Updating Customer changes in database.
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in BDC or customer service highly preferred
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and be open to taking short videos for customers
- Active interest in working in a fun, competitive environment based on teamwork and camaraderie
- Experience and comfortable working with technology (computers, mobile phones, video)
- Valid driver’s license required as well as clean driving record
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
