The General Manager – International is a senior leadership role accountable for the strategic, operational, and financial performance of CTDI’s international locations in Asia and Latin America. This general manager will drive P&L performance, growth, ensure operational excellence, and maintain strong customer relationships across regional international markets. The role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a relentless focus on results. This position will be on site in West Chester, PA at the CTDI Corporate Headquarters, and will report to the Leadership of International Business. International travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities
The General Manager – International will be expected to:
- Full P&L accountability for selected international operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance. (Revenue, Gross Margin to NIAT $)
- Monitor and manage all revenues and expenses that impact P&L performance.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability across international markets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of regional managers, employees, and contingent labor across multiple countries.
- Establish and enforce operational KPIs to ensure service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Drive customer engagement by serving as the senior point of contact for key international clients, resolving escalations, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (IT, HR, Finance, Engineering, etc.) to align resources and support international operations.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. Generate, cultivate, and communicate ideas for continual improvement of processes and activities across all areas of the operation and lead standardization within the branch operations.
- Prepare and present detailed business reviews, operational reports, and financial analyses to executive leadership and customers.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, local regulations, and customer-specific requirements.
- Lead the monthly close process by reconciling forecasted results with actuals and providing variance analysis.
Required Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in international operations, logistics, distribution, or technical services.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume, multiple operations with full P&L and operational responsibility.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-cultural teams and navigating complex global business environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Project) and data-driven decision-making.
