- Perform critical day-to-day experimental work, mastering lab equipment and standard methods.
- Execute sample analysis with attention to detail, spotting unusual results and collaborating with supervisors to resolve issues.
- Identify smarter, more productive ways to run experiments and improve processes.
- Safely set up, operate, and maintain R&D equipment to generate new technical understanding and prototypes.
- Explore relationships between input and output variables, pushing operational limits to develop robust products.
- Document workflows, ensure compliance, and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced research environment.
- Associate s Degree in Engineering/Mechanical field OR HS diploma with relevant experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills (geometry, trigonometry, algebra).
- Organization, collaboration, and sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to route Enovia materials and standards for peer review and approval.
- Experience originating/revising specifications in Enovia.
- Understanding of master vs. individual specifications and related standards.
- Proficiency in Excel (vLookUp, table comparisons, Hair Care fill weight sheet).
