Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant program.
Active unrestricted VA NP license and DEA w/VA address. NP-AANP or ANCC certified, ACLS, ATLS, and PALS.
Documentation of case logs for past 2 years. Proof of completed CMEs for the last two years.
