You will drive design strategy from concept to execution, transforming business and consumer needs into powerful visual ideas and packaging solutions. As a hands-on designer with exceptional creativity and attention to detail, you will collaborate across regional markets, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality digital assets that elevate our eCommerce presence.

- Creative Concept Development: Generate campaign ideas and translate them into compelling key visuals.
- Digital Asset Production: Deliver up to 180 visuals per month (social media, e-retailer platforms, flagship stores).
- E-Content Creation: Design power images, benefit visuals, and flagship store flows aligned with brand guidelines.
- Brand Adaptation: Customize existing templates/messages into multiple formats with creative enhancements.
- Dynamic Content: Produce basic GIFs, IG Stories, and perform light video editing for social campaigns.
- Campaign Support: Partner with business teams on mega KCPs and Super Brand Day initiatives.
- Fast Turnaround: Deliver assets within 2 3 working days, including 2 3 rounds of edits.
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of design experience, ideally within creative agencies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across markets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of print feasibility and color management.
- Project management experience.
