Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution and delivery of complex engineering and technical projects from initiation through final delivery. This role oversees scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, fabrication, and customer coordination while leading cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
This is a hands-on project leadership role requiring strong decision-making, accountability, and the ability to navigate technical complexity and evolving priorities within a regulated, quality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall project execution to ensure delivery against scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
Coordinate activities across engineering, production, subcontractors, suppliers, and customer stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and resource planning.
Administer contracts, change orders, proposals, and cost estimates.
Develop and maintain integrated master schedules and project execution plans.
Monitor project financials and labor forecasts while driving cross-functional alignment.
Oversee subcontractor and supplier performance to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Support proposal development, technical input, and customer engagement activities.
Prepare and present project status updates and executive-level reporting materials.
