Medium work - Lifting up to 50 pounds, and/or up to 20 pounds frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of constantly to move objects. Moving over 50 pounds requires a lifting device or team lift.
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The employee works in a manufacturing plant environment with normal exposure to noise, dust, and hazards associated with working in a high traffic, heavy machinery, manufacturing plant. Typical work hours are Monday through Thursday from 6 AM 5-PM (may vary by area in department). Job requires overtime. Work hours may change at Management's discretion with prior notice.

Essential Duties And Other Responsibilities
- Productively set up and operate the NC LVD press, NC fabrication, Wiedermann, 647 and 3700 Whitney (NC and CNC equipment)
- Perform in-process and final inspection of product using various measuring instruments
- Edit programs as needed
- Sharpen punches/dies for above equipment as required throughout the process

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
- Successful completion of appropriate technical education, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate, read and write in English
- Intermediate Shop Math
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints including geometric dimensioning
- Ability to do basic data entry
