CNC Machine Operator / Setup Technician
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator / Setup Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision machining, maintaining organized workspaces, and keeping production running efficiently.

Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate HAAS CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components to specification
- Load programs, set work offsets, and verify tooling before production runs
- Utilize Renishaw probing systems and tool setters for accurate setup and tool measurement
- Monitor machining operations and make minor offset adjustments to maintain part quality
- Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools
- Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a team-focused manufacturing environment
Qualifications
- Experience operating or setting up CNC mills or lathes (HAAS experience preferred)
- Familiarity with Renishaw probing systems or automatic tool setters a strong plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Experience with tool offsets, and work offsets preferred
- Ability to work independently and maintain consistent production quality
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
