The Aspiring SLP & ABA Program (ASAP) at CST Academy offers a unique opportunity to work as an ABA therapist, gain real-world experience, observe speech therapy sessions, and receive structured mentorship in a leading multidisciplinary clinic.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide ABA therapy to young children (ages 2-5)
- Observe speech therapy sessions to gain clinical exposure
- Receive comprehensive training & develop behavior intervention skills
- Participate in grad school prep workshops & mentorship
- Collaborate with a team of SLPs, OTs, PTs, and BCBAs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Commitment to a 12-month program

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
