BCBA for Multidisciplinary Clinic

CST Academy is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve in our clinic and therapeutic day program located in the heart of Lincoln Park.

This is an exciting opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about working with autistic children and children with related developmental delays.

We are looking for a BCBA to provide assessments and clinical services to autistic children ages 2-5, while overseeing a team of exceptional RBTs.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of speech-language pathologists, feeding therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
• Prior supervisory experience
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and train others independently
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Minimum of a Master’s Degree and Board Certified Behavior Analyst®
• Previous experience administering skill-based assessments

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
