The Operations & Customer Service Specialist plays a key role in ensuring smooth
day‑to‑end business operations by managing customer interactions, monitoring demand
and capacity, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. This role requires strong analytical
ability, excellent communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to
support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Service & Support — Serve as a primary point of contact for customer
inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution. Maintain a high level of
professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Demand & Capacity Management — Analyze demand and forecast inputs to meet
operational needs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure adequate capacity.
Identify potential bottlenecks and recommend adjustments to meet customer
requirements and expectations.
• Inventory Control — Monitor stock levels, track product movement, and coordinate
replenishment activities. Investigate discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and
support cycle counts or audits as needed.
• Data Analysis & Reporting — Use MS Excel to build reports, analyze operational
data, and support planning activities. Create dashboards, pivot tables, and
visualizations to communicate insights to leadership.
• Process Improvement — Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions
to enhance productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work closely with supply chain, operations,
sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of
business priorities
