Are you an experienced Body Shop Estimator seeking a new opportunity? Browning Collision Center is looking for a skilled Body Shop Estimator with proficiency in CCC1 and Mitchell to join our team immediately.
About Us: Browning Collision Center has proudly served the Cerritos Auto Square and surrounding areas for over 30 years. Our experienced, customer-focused staff is dedicated to processing claims efficiently while ensuring the highest level of service for our customers. We aim to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as seamless and stress-free as possible.
As a full-service automotive collision repair facility, we work with all insurance companies to provide quality service and repairs.
Body Shop Estimator Responsibilities:
· Submit supplements and assist with production as needed.
· Obtain detailed customer and vehicle information.
· Accurately report vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
· Prepare comprehensive and precise estimates for labor and parts costs.
· Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process.
· Set expectations with customers regarding the timeline for repairs.
· Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
· Provide clear explanations of completed work and associated charges to customers.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Body Shop Estimator.
· Experience working with DRP accounts, particularly AAA and Mercury.
· Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
· Proficiency in CCC1 and Mitchell required.
· Experience with CDK software is a plus.
· Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
· High level of personal and professional integrity.
· Computer literacy with a willingness to learn new programs.
· Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
· Competitive commission-based pay plan, with the potential to earn $110K or more annually.
