How You Will Make An Impact
- Prepare detailed, highly accurate cost estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial electrical and control projects.
- Leverage your existing industry relationships and book of business to secure competitive bidding opportunities.
- Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and scopes to calculate labor, material, and equipment requirements.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to ensure alignment on budget constraints and execution strategies.
- Participate in bid strategy reviews and deliver winning project proposals to drive organizational growth.
- Perform ongoing cost analysis and risk assessments to safeguard project profit margins.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional electrical estimating experience.
- Established book of business and strong industry network.
- Deep technical understanding of residential, commercial, and industrial electrical control systems.
- Proven track record of preparing competitive, profitable bids for complex projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with advanced electrical estimating software and digital takeoff tools.
