CSI Companies is seeking an experienced SAP FI CO Architect to support finance and controlling operations across a manufacturing environment. This role serves as a key liaison between Finance and Controlling stakeholders and SAP technical teams, driving the design optimization and implementation of SAP FI CO solutions aligned with business and manufacturing objectives.
This opportunity is ideal for a proactive SAP finance leader with strong experience in enterprise scale SAP implementations who can influence stakeholders lead complex initiatives and deliver high quality solutions in a manufacturing setting.
You will play a critical role in shaping finance and controlling processes supporting global SAP initiatives and ensuring system integrity compliance and continuous improvement.
Hours: Standard business hours
Location: Hybrid with three days onsite at Sparta TN and manufacturing sites as needed
Pay: $95,000-115,000/ year

What you will do
• Serve as the architect and subject matter expert for SAP FI CO modules including GL AP AR AA CO OM CO PA and CO PC
• Analyze and optimize end to end finance and controlling processes with focus on manufacturing cost structures and operational efficiency
• Lead and support SAP FI CO projects including global rollouts system integrations upgrades and enhancements
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers and cross functional SAP teams
• Ensure compliance with internal controls audit standards and financial regulations
• Provide second and third level support for SAP FI CO related incidents and service requests
• Deliver training create user documentation and maintain clear process documentation
• Stay current with SAP innovations such as S Four HANA Finance and Central Finance and recommend improvements
What we are looking for
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or a related field
• Five or more years of hands on experience with SAP FI CO in a global manufacturing environment or at least two full cycle implementations
• Strong understanding of financial processes and integration with systems such as Avalara banking and Concur
• Experience integrating SAP FI CO with SD MM and PP modules across multiple legal entities
• Solid experience with SAP S Four HANA or SAP ECC6
• Excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills
• Fluent English written and spoken
• Highly organized self motivated and able to work independently
Nice to have
• Experience with S Four HANA Finance Central Finance and Financial Supply Chain Management
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Experience working with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
• Proficiency in BPMN for process modeling and documentation
• German language skills
