Overview

As Lead Product Engineer 557, you’ll take the lead on designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade solutions using .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Azure—while also driving modernization and Azure migration initiatives. If you enjoy turning complex stakeholder needs into well-structured specifications, pairing with AI tools to accelerate development, and mentoring others through best practices, this role is for you.
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay: Starting at $67 per hour/ based on experience
Position Type: Consultant (W2 only - Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship)
Required Skills
- 8 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on .NET and C#
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server and database design
- Proven experience with Azure migration and delivering cloud-native applications
- Familiarity with AI code assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools)
- Experience with automated testing, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced agile environment using AI-enhanced workflows
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with microservices architecture, containerization, and container orchestration
- Background in production-grade code, fully automated testing, and continuous delivery
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and related Azure tools
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and tools
- Strong ownership mindset and communication skills
- Technical lead experience and experience working with offshore teams
- Familiarity with CNCF projects
