Identity Management Contractor

CSI Companies is seeking an experienced Identity Management Contractor to support the design and implementation of secure cloud environments. This role focuses on embedding identity and security guardrails into Google Cloud Platform deployments to ensure onboarding is secure by default and audit ready.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands on cloud security and identity professional who is comfortable translating security requirements into practical technical solutions and driving implementation across enterprise cloud environments.

You will partner with engineering and security teams to establish scalable standards improve compliance posture and support secure cloud adoption.

Hours: Standard business hours

Location: Onsite in Plano TX

Pay: $50 to $65/hr

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and eligible for W2 employment. No sponsorship and no corp to corp arrangements are available.

What you will do

• Translate security and compliance requirements into technical guardrails using policies and baselines

• Configure and enforce GCP organizational policies IAM controls and identity security frameworks

• Define encryption standards key management patterns and secrets handling approaches

• Establish logging monitoring and audit evidence retention standards

• Implement network and security controls across cloud infrastructure

• Support API security including OAuth 2.0 OIDC API keys and token management

• Implement identity focused security controls using Terraform and infrastructure as code

• Strengthen container security using GKE workload identity and service mesh authentication

• Drive exception handling risk acceptance workflows and remediation tracking

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure cloud onboarding practices

• Support audit readiness and improve overall compliance posture

What we are looking for

• 5 or more years of experience in cloud security or identity management

• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform including IAM

• Hands on experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation

• Experience using Python for scripting or automation

• Strong understanding of identity security compliance and access control models

• Experience with network and security controls in cloud environments

• Experience with API security including OAuth 2.0 OIDC API keys and token management

• Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Cloud Logging Cloud Monitoring and SIEM integrations

• Strong experience with Git and version control tools such as GitLab GitHub or Bitbucket

• Experience with CI CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI or Cloud Build

• Ability to translate security requirements into implementable technical solutions

• Strong communication and problem solving skills

Nice to have

• Experience with container security including GKE and service mesh authentication such as Istio or Anthos Service Mesh

• Experience with threat modeling

• Experience with vulnerability management integration

• Experience with incident response practices

• Experience supporting large scale enterprise cloud environments
