What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Help Desk position at CSI Companies?
Seeking a help desk representative to support onsite IT operations in Jameson in New Castle, PA.
This is a fully onsite contract opportunity with an immediate start and an expected assignment through October 16 2027 ( 12 month contract)
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on desktop and technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and workstation issues
- Assist with device setup, deployment, and installation
- Support password resets and user access requests
- Resolve technical issues in a professional and timely manner
- Deliver excellent customer service to hospital staff
Requirements:
- Local to the New Castle, PA area and able to commute daily
- Strong computer and technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Help Desk, Desktop Support, IT Support, or Technical Support
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Experience with Active Directory is highly preferred
