Infusion Pharmacy Technician
Location: Roseville, MN
Schedule: 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Start: Within 2–5 weeks
Duration: Contract
Pay Rate: $20–25/hr W2
We are seeking an Infusion Pharmacy Technician to support a busy pharmacy operations team in Roseville, Minnesota. This role will work closely with pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to help ensure timely service for patients and smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations.
This position is a strong fit for someone with prior pharmacy technician experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling patient communication, and supporting infusion or specialty pharmacy workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Call patients and answer incoming phone calls
- Dispense unit doses, specialty pharmaceuticals, injectables, IV medications, and related supplies
- Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to triage and respond to pharmacy needs in a timely manner
- Support daily pharmacy operations while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Prioritize workload effectively throughout the day in a high-volume environment
- Provide strong customer service to patients and internal stakeholders

- 6 Pharmacy Technicians
- 1 Support Staff
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Minnesota Pharmacy Technician License
- At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in a high-stakes environment
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospital or home infusion pharmacy experience
- PTCB certification
- Experience working in a large corporate environment
- Health plan, managed care, or broader healthcare industry experience
