CSI Companies is seeking an experienced Desktop Support III to provide high touch technical and endpoint support in a hybrid environment based in Atlanta Georgia. This role focuses on acting as an escalation point for endpoint issues while also supporting a short term initiative involving employee transition support.
This opportunity is ideal for a senior support professional who is comfortable handling complex technical issues, working directly with users in person, and delivering a white glove support experience in a fast paced environment.
You will support both enterprise endpoint operations and structured user consultations, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all users.
Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
Location: Hybrid in Atlanta Georgia with mostly remote work and onsite support as needed
Pay: $25–32/hr

Work Authorization
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and eligible for W2 employment. No sponsorship and no corp to corp arrangements are available.
Project Overview
• Support employee transition initiative related to early retirement program
• Provide 1 to 1 consultations to assist with separation of personal and company data
• Help users transfer files using provided tools and structured checklists
• Remove corporate data from personal devices and support compliance efforts
• Participate in onboarding and training sessions prior to project start
• Provide both scheduled consultations and walk in support
What you will do
• Serve as escalation point for endpoint support including laptops phones and mobile devices
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for MacOS and Windows environments
• Support Outlook mobile devices and tablets
• Deliver white glove support to users including executive level employees
• Perform data transfer and device support using external storage tools
• Schedule and conduct 30 to 60 minute in person consultations
• Support remote ticket triage and issue resolution
• Document all support interactions and maintain detailed ticket records
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues
• Assist with continuous improvement of support processes
What we are looking for
• 4 to 6 years of experience in desktop support help desk or IT support roles
• Strong experience supporting MacOS and Windows environments
• Experience handling endpoint support for laptops phones and user devices
• Experience with ticketing systems and documentation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to provide patient and empathetic user support
• Ability to manage escalations and complex technical issues
• Experience working in hybrid or onsite support environments
Nice to have
• Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant environments
• Experience providing executive or high visibility user support
• Technical certifications or formal IT training
• Experience in white glove or high touch support environments
