Crystal Finishing Systems located Schofield, WI has an opportunity in our Plastics department as a Production Trainer. This Thursday-Saturday role plays a critical factor in our success.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Train team members in Buffing and Assembly
- Inspection of parts needed to be re-worked
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members
- Assist and motivate team members to reach goals
- Provide on-going feedback to Production Supervisor on team members’ performance
WHO YOU ARE
- Knowledge of production operations beneficial
- Attention to detail essential
- Self-motivated and ability to provide hands of approach
- Ability to react quick to changing environment and process developments
