Essential Functions
- Process (data entry) branch paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Meet weekly processing goals. Answer the Customer Service phone line in a professional manner (average 40 calls per day).
- Route and distribute incoming customer phone calls accurately.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain direct contact with field personnel from branch locations.
- Develop knowledge of a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Perform general office duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Team player who is friendly, personable, and enthusiastic
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable
- Good numerical aptitude
- Above-average computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- At least 2 years of business or customer service experience preferred.
