About the Role:
As a Contracts Administrator on our Legal team, you will support contract operations across Sales, Customer Success, and other business functions. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in building a career in legal operations or contracts management, particularly within a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) and DaaS (Data-as-a-Service) environment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining contract accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will be helping the business close deals faster and with confidence while gaining exposure to a broad range of commercial agreements and receiving hands-on training from experienced attorneys while developing foundational skills.

What You'll Do:
- Prepare, review, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS/DaaS licenses, NDAs, DPAs, and vendor contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain contract records, track key milestones, and manage workflows in CLM and CRM systems to support timely execution and internal reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to align on commercial terms, respond to customer requests, and support contract negotiations.
- Use AI tools and shared documentation systems to streamline intake, redlines, template updates, and overall contract organization.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and data integrity across contracting operations.
- 2 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or sales operations
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required (paralegal certification a plus, but not required).
- Familiarity with SaaS/DaaS business models or technology contracting preferred.
- Comfort using technology, CRM platforms, and AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
