Crumbl is locally owned and operated while carrying a fast-growing national name that is changing the way people experience desserts. Through our mobile food trailer, we bring our famous cookies and desserts directly to festivals, businesses, and community events—helping create sweet moments wherever we go.
We’re looking for two motivated full-time team members who want to be part of the excitement of running our dessert trailer and delivering amazing customer experiences on the road.
Position Available
Food Trailer Team Member (18 )
Year-Round Position
• Tuesday–Saturday availability required
• 8–12 hour event days
• Sundays & Mondays off
During slower event periods, optional in-store hours may be available for those who would like additional hours.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Food Trailer Team Member, you will help run the mobile dessert experience and represent the Crumbl brand at events across the area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Preparing and serving cookies and desserts from the food trailer to Crumbl quality standards
• Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
• Handling cash and credit card transactions
• Cleaning and restocking the trailer
• Ensuring all equipment and utensils are sanitized and organized
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Monitoring and restocking inventory during events
• Maintaining clear communication with team members and management
• Helping create a fun, upbeat environment for customers and teammates
What We’re Looking For
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving a cargo van while towing a trailer
• Someone who contributes to a positive, uplifting, and team-focused culture
• A friendly personality with a great smile and positive attitude
• Someone who enjoys traveling locally and interacting with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to stand for several hours at a time
• Ability to lift and carry 10–55 lbs
• A willingness to learn, grow, and HAVE FUN!
