Responsibilities of a Crumbl Baker:
- Complete Crumbl digital baker training program
- Prepare cookie dough, cakes, frosting, toppings, and glazes following Crumbl recipes
- Bake and dress cookies with weekly toppings
- Box customers' orders with care and provide exceptional service
- Maintain clean workspaces and restock supplies
- Contribute to the overall success of the bakery
We ask our Crumbl Baker to:
- Smile and make memorable connections with guests
- Commit to Customer Service, Cookie Quality, and Cleanliness
- Be at least 16 years old and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have reliable transportation
- Practice strong communication skills

Due to food safety precautions, no jewelry is allowed during kitchen shifts. Nails and hair must be kept clean and appropriate for wearing gloves and a hair net.
