What are the responsibilities and job description for the Back of House Associate Afternoon Shift position at Crumbl Cookies Franchises?
This is for the afternoon shift with typical hours 12pm-6pm. We're flexible

We're baking lots of cookies each day and need help Our dough makers need someone to wash the mixing bowls, attachments and kitchen tools so they can keep measuring and mixing. In this role, you will support the store by keeping the dishes washed and the back of house tidy, clean and organized which includes breaking down cardboard boxes and keeping the floors swept, trash cans emptied and the bathroom clean.
We get three shipments a week and need help getting all of the supplies put away and organized. Filling large ingredient bins with supplies is also a big part of this job. Because we sell so many cookies, we fold lots of pink boxes and although it won't be your main focus, you'll often help with this as well.
In this role, it is important to stay on task and work efficiently without constant supervision. It is required to lift up to 50 lbs in order to wash mixing bowls and put away large bags of flour and sugar.

REQUIREMENTS
- Able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous restaurant dish/sanitation experience a plus
