Bartender Responsibility
- Oversee nightly bar operations in a high-volume nightclub environment, ensuring fast, efficient, and high-quality service.
- Monitor inventory levels, control liquor costs, and placed order to maintain adequate stock.
- Ensured compliance with alcohol laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Delivered excellent customer service, resolving guest concerns and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- Handle cash management, POS transactions, and end-of-night financial reporting.
- Collaborate with DJs, security, and management to ensure smooth nightclub operations.
- Maintained cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area at all times.
