Formerly Eagle Care, we are expanding into a new, larger childcare center and are looking for passionate, dedicated teachers to join our growing Early Childhood Education team. Come help us inspire, nurture, and make a difference in the lives of young learners!
Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a 3K Assistant Teacher, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help shape the foundational years of young learners. In this role, you will support classroom activities, assist with curriculum implementation, and foster a nurturing environment that promotes growth, curiosity, and joy.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in developing and executing engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, and social-emotional learning.
- Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and implementing behavior management strategies that promote a safe and inclusive environment.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that foster child development instruction, including play-based learning and hands-on experiences.
Qualifications/Certifications ( if the candidate does not have these then Crucifixion Early Learning Center will provide)
- CPR/First Aid
- Child Development
- Abusive Head Trauma
- Daycare Center safe practices
- Any other DHS required trainings
- Must complete and pass a fingerprint background check
