Formerly Eagle Care, we are expanding into a new, larger childcare center and are looking for passionate, dedicated teachers to join our growing Early Childhood Education team. Come help us inspire, nurture, and make a difference in the lives of young learners!
We are seeking a caring and committed Infant Lead Teacher. In this vital role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants, fostering their growth through thoughtful curriculum development and personalized child care. As an Infant Lead Teacher, you will collaborate closely with families and colleagues to promote optimal developmental milestones and early learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum tailored to infants’ developmental stages
- Provide attentive infant care by monitoring health, safety, and emotional well-being throughout the day
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, including diapering, feeding, nap times, and sensory activities to promote consistency and security
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns in a clear and empathetic manner
Requirements
- Experience working with children in early childhood settings, particularly with infants or toddlers
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies
- Familiarity with child welfare laws, mandated reporting requirements, and health & safety protocols such as first aid and CPR certification
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, staff members, and community partners
