What You’ll Do:
- Support the Lead Teacher in daily classroom activities and routines
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Assist with planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities
- Model positive behavior and help children with social-emotional development
- Supervise children both indoors and outdoors to ensure safety
- Contribute to a warm, respectful, team-oriented atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working with young children preferred
- Must meet assistant teacher qualifications per Minnesota DHS licensing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependability, flexibility, and a nurturing attitude
- Ability to follow directions and step in to lead when needed
- Passion for early childhood education and helping kids grow
