What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Laborer position at Cru Concrete, Inc.?

As a concrete laborer at our Dane location, you will:
- Assist with the set up of interior and exterior flatwork and/or foundation projects, or set up of footings using the ProForm system and set wall forms using aluminum systems
- Pour stone and concrete
- Be responsible for the completion of concrete jobs assigned in a way that meets company productivity, quality, and safety targets

Requirements:
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Great work ethic, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work outside in all conditions
- Willing and able to drive to jobsites within a 50 mile radius of Dane, WI
- Ability to lift 100 pounds repeatedly
