CRSG is seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Control Auditor to join our growing Safety Operations team. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, performance consistency, and accountability across field operations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily tasks of Site Safety Field Staff, ensuring proper follow-up on accidents, violations, and audits.
- Conduct site visits to verify compliance with OSHA, NYC DOB, and CRSG procedures.
- Send daily check-in communications regarding targeted site visits.
- Review daily Site Safety Reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Focus on ‘problem projects’—sites with low compliance, frequent issues, or high-maintenance clients.
- Ensure the latest approved Site Safety Plans (SSPs) are on site and amendments are identified and communicated.
- Act as a liaison between field and office staff to address disconnects and escalate concerns.
- Support accident investigations and coordinate field documentation with legal and safety teams.
- Conduct independent quality control compliance audits for various clients.
- Take on other duties as assigned by senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience with high-rise or infrastructure projects.
- CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician), or NYC DOB SSM/SSC/CSFSM licenses.
- CPR / First Aid certification.
