What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Auditor 2nd shift position at Baldor Specialty Foods and Careers?
Job Responsibilities
- Examine and compare merchandise with original requisition to record information such as quantity, type of defect and date on invoice or other forms.
- Enter return information into the computer.
- Learn extensive produce product knowledge in order to proper access the quality of a product being received
- Able to identify and report any item conditions discrepancies to the QC Manager
- Maintains sanitation standards
- Capable of assessing the accuracy of goods received by matching merchandise received to the PO
- Knows when to report shorts, damages or defects to the receiving or QC manager
- Understands LIFO or FIFO methodology and knows how and where to store newly received products

- Safely operates all warehouse equipment to prevent damages or injuries
- Proactive about communicating with Sanitation in regards to waste
- Must always follow all GMP and HACCP rules and regulations.
