$30 - $35 hourly
Responsibilities:- Inspect, maintain, and repair all hotel HVAC-R systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Respond to guest room temperature calls and building system alerts
- Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain a safe, efficient property
- HVAC-R experience required (hotel experience a plus)
- Knowledge of chillers, boilers, split systems, ice machines, and refrigeration
- EPA certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for occasional on-call or weekend shifts
