This position works closely with nursing, therapy, MDS, and administration to coordinate restorative nursing services and ensure accurate documentation.

- Current, active RN or LPN license
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Restorative nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with nursing, therapy, MDS, and facility leadership
- Coordinate and supervise restorative nursing programs and services for residents
- Monitor residents’ progress and ensure restorative programs are being carried out according to the plan of care
- Work closely with therapy staff to help residents achieve and maintain their highest practicable level of function
- Collaborate with MDS, nursing, therapy, and administration regarding resident care and restorative needs
- Ensure restorative nursing documentation is complete, accurate, and timely
- Assist with maintaining appropriate documentation to support care planning, reimbursement, and regulatory requirements
- Educate and support nursing staff and CNAs regarding restorative programs and techniques
- Monitor restorative programs and make recommendations for changes based on resident progress and needs
- Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and facility policies and procedures
- Promote resident dignity, independence, mobility, and quality of life
