- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Completion of elementary education with the ability to read, write and follow oral/written instructions
- Must have basic computer knowledge

- Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent communication skills dealing with resident’s, sponsors, visitors, and staff
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
- The maintenance technician will assist the maintenance director in the facility’s preventive maintenance program and address maintenance-related issues identified on facility grounds. Daily trash pick-up on the facility grounds. Painting and sheetrock repair as needed. Assist to ensure preventive maintenance is conducted and compliance with fire and safety codes. Perform weekly and monthly maintenance checks of the building and grounds. Ensure proper maintenance of the facility including carpentry work, grounds keeping, painting, equipment, and HVAC systems.
- This position requires on-call rotation for facility maintenance emergencies.
