- Experience in a supervisory capacity
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of elementary education, able to read, write, and follow oral and written instruction
- Must pass background and drug screen
- Excellent communication skills in dealing with residents, sponsors, visitors, and staff
- Positive attitude towards the elderly
- Plan, develop and direct the Maintenance Department, as well as assist in the recruitment, interviewing, selection, discipline and discharge of maintenance personnel. Forecast needs for the department and maintain a level of maintenance supplies.
