Madison Manor is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for a limited number of Full-Time positions on 1st Shift (7:00am-3:00pm), 2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:00 PM) and 1 position on 3rds (11-7) in our Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation facility specializing in geriatric care.
This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who are dependable, flexible, and committed to providing excellent care to our residents. A positive attitude and the ability to work well with residents, families, and team members are essential.

Additional Pay Incentives
- $2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift and 3rd shifts
- Additional $2.00/hour for Saturday and Sunday all shifts

- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Compassion and dedication to caring for the elderly
- Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care according to each resident’s individualized plan of care
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing staff
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Accurately document ADLs and care provided in the electronic system
- Assist with vital signs and daily care needs while promoting resident comfort and dignity
