Storage Facility Attendant – Job Details
Location: Louisville, KY with travel to Radcliff
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday | 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Positions Available: 1 Part-Time
(Part-Time schedule: 4 weekdays every other Saturday)
About the Storage Facility Attendant Role
Crown Staffing is seeking dependable and customer-focused Storage Facility Attendants to oversee the daily operations of a self-storage facility in Louisville, KY. This role combines customer service, administrative responsibilities, property monitoring, and light maintenance duties.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, interacting with customers, and maintaining an organized and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide information on unit availability, pricing, and policies
- Process new rentals, lease agreements, and payments
- Maintain accurate tenant records and payment logs
- Conduct routine property walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and security
- Lock and unlock facility gates and storage areas as scheduled
- Monitor surveillance systems and report any suspicious activity
- Perform light maintenance tasks (cleaning units, minor repairs, changing locks)
- Manage delinquent accounts and follow established collection procedures
- Assist customers during move-ins and move-outs
- Maintain office organization and manage packing supply inventory
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Basic maintenance or handyman experience is a plus
