Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Crown Staffing is hiring a detail-oriented Quality Technician to support manufacturing operations in Shelbyville, KY. This role focuses on inspecting materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials and finished products
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Measure product dimensions and verify functionality against requirements
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
- Identify and report defects or quality concerns
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Recommend improvements to enhance product quality and processes
Requirements
- Previous experience in quality control or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Experience using measurement tools and inspection equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Additional quality assurance training or certifications are a plus
