Robot Weld Technician
Shelbyville, KY Full-Time | 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
$24.00–$27.50/hour, depending on shift

Crown Staffing is hiring a Robot Weld Technician for a manufacturing facility in Shelbyville, KY. This is a great opportunity for someone with welding or manufacturing experience who wants to grow into a more technical role working with robotic welding equipment, troubleshooting, setup, and process support.
This is more than a standard welding job. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working around robotics, fixtures, tooling, and production equipment and can help keep operations running smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot robotic welding equipment
- Assist with programming changes and equipment adjustments
- Make fixture, tooling, datum, and sensor changes as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance on robotic welding equipment
- Support welding operations and maintain welding qualifications
- Help train operators and support production teams
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, and safety procedures
- Complete required documentation and maintain an organized work area
What we’re looking for
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of manufacturing or welding experience preferred
- Experience with robotics, jigs, fixtures, or GMAW is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
