- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

- Valid Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification for the state of Ohio (OH)
- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a senior management role within long-term care
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, including state and federal requirements
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with residents, families, staff, and healthcare professionals
