Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
- Provide compassionate support and companionship to residents
- Assist with meals, transfers, and repositioning
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
- Current Ohio STNA certification required
