Responsibilities of an RN:

• Monitor and assess patients to ensure they receive the highest quality care.
• Administer medications and provide treatments according to physician orders.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Supervise and support nursing staff, including LPNs and STNAs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform all routine nursing duties under the direction of the Unit Manager.
• Carry out any additional job duties as assigned.
  
  
  

Qualifications of an RN:

• Must have an active RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
