- Monitor and assess patients to ensure they receive the highest quality care.
- Administer medications and provide treatments according to physician orders.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Supervise and support nursing staff, including LPNs and STNAs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Perform all routine nursing duties under the direction of the Unit Manager.
- Carry out any additional job duties as assigned.
- Must have an active RN license in the state of Ohio.
