Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the administration of medications and treatments are carried out according to prescribed guidelines and monitor residents for any adverse reactions.

- Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe and clean environment for residents.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio.
- Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.
