We are seeking to hire a knowledgeable and compassionate RN/LPN Nurse to join our team of outstanding caregivers!

Position Overview:

As an RN/LPN Nurse, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of nursing care to our residents. You will lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained while providing guidance, support, and supervision to nursing personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the nursing staff’s daily activities, ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of residents’ health status, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure the administration of medications and treatments are carried out according to prescribed guidelines and monitor residents for any adverse reactions.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, facilitating professional development and performance evaluations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care, resident progress, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by residents, families, or staff, providing appropriate resolutions or referrals.
• Participate in care planning meetings and contribute to the development of best practices and quality improvement initiatives.
• Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe and clean environment for residents.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio.
• Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
